Flexibility
We're distributed by design, not circumstance. You can work from home, a coworking space, or one of our offices, and we trust you to manage your own calendar around your team's needs. Most people find this genuinely freeing; it also requires you to be organized and communicative.
Certain roles may require you to be in a specific location or meet your team regularly. This will be clear on the job ad.
Annual in-person gatherings
Once a year, the whole team gets together. It's one of the things people consistently mention as a highlight. Team-level meetups happen separately at least once a year too.
