We have a clear sense of where we’re going, and we’re still building how we get there. As Founders Pledge grows, parts of the organisation are evolving, giving you the opportunity to shape how we work and how we deliver impact.
Doing this work requires passion and resilience. The payoff - moving hundreds of millions of dollars to organizations that can save the most lives, increase the wellbeing of people and animals to the highest degree, change the course of the climate crisis, prevent future catastrophes, and much more - is well worth it.

Flexibility
We're distributed by design, not circumstance. You can work from home, a coworking space, or one of our offices, and we trust you to manage your own calendar around your team's needs. Most people find this genuinely freeing; it also requires you to be organized and communicative.
